White Chocolate Cranberry Cheeseball


For cheese ball:

16 ounces cream cheese, softened 

½ cup salted butter, softened (1 stick) 

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract 

2 teaspoons spiced rum (or 1 tsp of artificial rum flavoring) 

1 cup white chocolate chips 

½ cup Paradise Meadow Julienne Cooking & Baking Cranberries

1 cup sugar 

For Topping: 

1 cup graham crackers, crumbs 

½ cup pecans, in pieces 

½ cup Paradise Meadow Julienne Cooking & Baking Cranberries


In a large mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and butter until completely incorporated together. Add the vanilla extract and rum and mix until completely smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and cranberries. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

On a large plate mix together the graham crackers crumbs, pecans, and additional cranberries. Take cheese ball mixture out of refrigerator, and form it into a large ball with your hands. Roll the cheese ball in the graham cracker crumb mixture until it is coated evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or ginger snaps.
