Mama’s Cranberry Apple Blondies

Makes 24 blondies


2 cups white sugar

1 cup of butter

2 beaten eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1½ cups Paradise Meadow Plump & Moist Cranberries

2 medium McIntosh apples chopped small


Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Grease a 9x13 pan.

In a medium bowl mix the sugar and butter. Add the vanilla and beaten eggs.

In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda. Blend the dry mixture into the wet. Add the apples and cranberries. Mix well and spread in the greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
