Classic Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

Makes 6 to 8 servings


4 cups Paradise Meadow® Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1½ cups sugar
1½ cups cold water
1 lemon, zest and juice


Place all ingredients into a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil rapidly until berries pop (about 5 minutes). Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 8-10 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and cool.
